Everything was very good, absolutely perfect location in the middle of the city, the staff were polite. The room was clean and featured an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV. The bed was comfy, a bath worked well.

The owners were incredibly helpful and quickly found us a parking space. the room was clean and had everything we needed, including a large fridge. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the sea and close to shops and restaurants.
The doors were quite noisy when closing, which made it difficult to sleep at night. the beds also seemed to have sand on them, which was not pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at Richmond House. The owner was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and shops. The room we stayed in had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and TV. Despite some minor inconveniences like the small ensuite and limited parking, the overall experience was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Great Yarmouth. highly recommended!
